My New Book: “A Quick Guide To Going Plant-Based Raw Vegan - 12 Tips To Get You Started”

I’m Angel, also known as A Yummy Vegan.
Along my plant-based vegan journey, I decided to switch to a raw vegan diet for many reasons.
Some of the top reasons are:
The abundance of hydration in raw fruits and vegetables.
The high fiber, protein and healthy fat content in raw plant foods, including nuts, seeds, sprouted beans and peas.
The high vibrations and energy that I feel when I consume colorful raw plant foods.
The retention of nutrients that are preserved by not cooking the foods.
In my new book, “A Quick Guide To Going Plant-Based Raw Vegan: 12 Tips To Get You Started” I carefully curated these 12 tips, as a quick and easy starter guide. These 12 tips have been very helpful on my journey and they have provided big wins for me on my plant-based raw vegan diet.
I have found that my clarity, energy and vibrations are much higher when I eat a raw vegan diet full of colorful raw fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, herbs, spices, sprouts, plus treats such as raw chocolate.
My preference is to eat as much organic raw plant foods as possible to avoid the harmful chemicals that are used in conventional farming.
I consider these 12 tips to be important life hacks on my vegan journey. So, I am super happy to share them with you in order to save you lots of time in figuring out some of the aspects of thriving on a raw vegan diet and lifestyle.
My list of tips is not a fully comprehensive list as I did not want to make the list too long for someone who is at the beginning of exploring this new way of eating.
Rather, my goal in this starter guide is to share the hacks that I have found most useful along my vegan journey.
My 12 tips will explore topics such as: definitions, plant-based raw vegan foods, gadgets, social media, resources and a summary grocery list.
There are many, many more hacks out there as well, and certainly as you move along your own personal journey, you will discover many more hacks that speak to you personally and that fit your unique needs and interests.
I have intentionally written very short sections for each tip, as this book is designed to be a starter guide; not a detailed description of the raw vegan diet.
