 📏3. Consuming too many calories.

🌱 4. Consuming inadequate levels of vitamin B12

 🍃5. Consuming inadequate levels of healthy omega-3 fatty acids

🥕 6. Consuming too little fiber

🌮 7. Consuming the same foods over and over again.

🍔 8. Consuming too much junk food.

🍰 9. Consuming too much processed sugar.

🛢 10. Consuming too many refined oils.
