10 Reasons Why A Raw Vegan Diet Is Healthy

In this post I’m going to share the top 10 reasons why I find that a raw vegan diet is super healthy, with a particular emphasis on fresh, organic raw fruits and vegetables. Here we go!

🥦 3. It’s abundant in phytonutrients.

🥭 4. It’s low calorie for weight management compared to other diets.

🥬 5. It’s rich in all of the protein that we need to thrive.

🌽 6. It’s filled with natural and healthy sugar.

🫐 7. It’s super hydrating from the high water content often above 90%.

🍉 8. It’s super beautiful aesthetically to look at the wide variety of colors.

🥕 9. It’s super yummy from the abundance of flavors.

🥑 10. It’s a highly nutritious diet that maintains the nutrients intact by not heating them over 118 degrees Fahrenheit/48 degrees Celsius.
